How MartinAtrin.com handles contact, booking, analytics, consent, newsletter, and site-operation data.

MartinAtrin.com is the personal website of Martin Atrin. It exists for speaking, workshops, advisory, practical AI systems work, public notes, and direct contact.

This notice explains how information is handled when you visit the site, use contact links, open booking flows, read notes, replay public decks, or interact with optional analytics and third-party services.

Information you provide

You may provide information when you send an inquiry, book a meeting, join a community channel, request access to material, ask for permission to reuse content, or otherwise communicate with Martin.

That information may include your name, email address, organization, role, message contents, booking context, time zone, meeting preferences, budget or scope details you choose to include, and any other information you send voluntarily.

Site and device information

The site may process basic technical information needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service. This can include IP address, user agent, referrer, requested URLs, timestamps, cookie consent choices, device and browser characteristics, aggregate performance information, and security events.

If analytics are enabled, they should be used to understand aggregate readership, content performance, and referral patterns rather than to sell personal profiles.

Booking and payment services

Booking flows may be handled through Calendly. If payment is required for an event, payment processing may be handled by Calendly and PayPal or another payment provider connected to that flow. Those services process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

MartinAtrin.com does not ask you to enter payment-card details directly on this site.

How information is used

Information may be used to operate and secure the site, remember privacy choices, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, prepare speaking or advisory work, manage subscriptions or public notes, understand aggregate readership, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and keep records needed for reasonable operational accountability.

Cookies and consent

Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies may be used for necessary operation, consent memory, analytics, and optional third-party services. Where consent is required, optional analytics and marketing technologies should remain disabled until consent is granted.

You can change browser cookie settings at any time. Where the site provides a consent control, you can use it to update available choices.

Sharing and processors

Information is not sold. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the site, analytics, security, email, booking, payment, hosting, or content delivery. Public links to services such as Calendly, GitHub, LinkedIn, Linktree, Telegram, WhatsApp, or deck embeds may take you to third-party services with their own policies.

Information may also be disclosed if needed to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or respond to lawful requests.

Retention

Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, including contact follow-up, booking records, operational security, consent records, dispute handling, legal compliance, and legitimate archive or publication needs.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent relating to personal information, subject to legal and operational limits.

Requests can be sent to hello@martinatrin.com. Please include enough context to identify the relevant interaction.

Children

This site is not directed to children. Do not submit personal information if you are not old enough to use the site or services in your location.

Updates

This notice may be updated when the site, processors, booking flows, analytics, or legal requirements change. The newest version published here is the current version.
